I saw something I want to buy in your store, or at a show, but I don't see it online. How can I get it?
If you want something we have but don't see it here, write me an email, and we should be able to help you out.
Do you ship international?
Yes! Right now I am doing international orders on a one on one basis, so you pay actual shipping. Just email in your order, and we will contact you with an invoice through paypal.
I don't see my size on the drop down menu. Will you be getting my size in?
If it's NOT on sale and you don't see your size, we are just temporarily out. Check back with us. If it IS on sale, that means it's a retired design, so most likely no. But you can always send an email, and I can double check the stock in our physical store.
Can I order online and pick up at your physical store?
Yes! Absolutely! It saves me a trip to the post office!
I really like a pair of Lucky Lou shoes, But I need a different size and color. How can I get them?
We have more in our store, so we might have them on hand. But even if we don't I can still get them for you. Send me an email and I'll get you what you need!
Why don't you sell pipes online? (For those of you that haven't been to our physical store, we also carry smoking accessories.)
We don't sell pipes online because it's against the law. And even if it wasn't we still wouldn't sell pipes over the internet. We pride ourselves on only carrying the "Best of the Best" especially when it comes to our pipe selection. So trying to sell our pieces online would be ridiculous because they are all so different and unique. If you want to buy some of our pipes, come see us at the shop.
